Grizz takes her hand, shakes it warmly,
and gives it back. He pours a cup of coffee for Cruiser,
and hands her the plate of Fig
Newtons.
"Ahhh...as you can see things are a
little hectic around here at the moment. Will you excuse
me for just a moment."
He rushes into Veronica's
room and returns with a large cardboard sign which he
carries outside the door of the DISCO and places it on
an easel. It says: The directorship position has been
filled. Thank you for applying. Have a nice
day?!!

Cruiser thanks Grizz, "It is Grizz isn't
it, since we really haven't been introduced. It will
take me a little while to get the office set up and my
things moved. Then we might spend some time together
covering my duties."
Getting control of himself once again,
Grizz says, "Take all the time you need. Let me take
you up to the office. It's all ready for you, and you
can begin moving things in as soon as you
like."
He leads Cruiser out the door, up the
stairs by Heek Inc., and over to the alley leading off
from the auditorium. He stops at the first door on the
right, without the light.
"here it is," he says.
"If you need any furnishings I'm sure most of what you
want can be supplied by the DISCO, no charge of
course."
He opens the door. You can look around
and make plans. If you need me or have questions, I'll
be in the
DISCO."

her disguise. "How did it go?" The drop dead gorgeous woman replied.
"Wonderful...but.." she hesitates. "You didn't warn me
what a handsome devil that Chuckles58 is...I feel rather
flushed."
When Merlin and Ronda got to the STONE
room, Merlin turned to Ronda.
"I will now conjure
a light."
*starts chanting under his
breath*
*pauses*
*breathes in
deeply*
"FLIGHT!!!" shouts the
wizard.
*short silence*
"What's that
noise?" says Ronda.
"And where's my
light?"
They look around and then go out the
door.
They look down.
"The Professor won't
like that very much," said
Ronda.

headed to the meeting, he briskly catches up. "Hello
