Before Clark realized what was
happening, Barry grabbed him by the hand and led him to
the fountain. Clark was looking rather uncomfortable as
Barry smiled into Clark's eyes and began
singing:

can't sing I'm finding it hard to do anything You
see I feel sad when you're sad I feel glad when
you're glad You only knew what I'm going through I
just can't smile without you"
About that time Bernice and Brenda Bahro
are walking into the courtyard. They both have
interviews with Cruiser for the assistants position at
B.A.H.R.O....
The Bahro all move to the front of the
fountain, where they line up holding paws, and in their
best Bahro voices start to sing accapela;
We are
happy to proclaim We are the Bahro of D’ni Yahvo
has given us this land; This gives us great cause for
rejoicing. We are strong, we are free in this
land; We are all brothers.
We are happy to
proclaim We are the Bahro of D’ni We have many
traditions And we are finding new ways. Now we
shall be one People, We shall be united for
ever.
We are happy to proclaim We are the
Bahro of D’ni We know there is much work to be
done On all our islands. May Yahvo our savior,
help us!

Lewis and Clark are alarmed to see that
four more figures have stepped out from behind the sign.
Lewis frees himself from Barry's attentions. Benny takes
a few steps towards the two explorers, a disconcerting
grin on his face and with an exaggerated blink. L&C
take a few steps backward. Benny takes a few more steps
forward. L&C break into a run. Benny breaks into a
run. They all break into a run, and soon the two
explorers are being chased all over the Institution by
all eight bahro.
Cue Benny Hill chase
music.
[Edit: Whoops! Sorry, Cruiser. The
clash with your somewhat more dignified proceedings was
unintentional. Let's assume that my lot are avoiding the
fountain area.]
The other set of Lewis & Clark were
walking out of the egg room as the chase headed their
way. They immediately broke into a run, and were being
followed by the original Lewis & Clark and both sets
of Barry, Benny, Betty & Keith.
Urudawg was
nowhere to be seen. Rumor has it he was bizzy with a
bagel & cream cheese on Elkae's Relto.
From
Stellaflora's lab could be heard a happy song in Ghost
Stellaflora's transparent voice,
"Valderi,
valdera, valdera-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha..."

The DISCO in the Hood.
*Boatingirl walks out of her lab to see
what the commotion is, only to have to jump out of the
way as four terrified strangers run from eight singing
Bahro* Hmmmm... looks like they're having fun! Cruiser's
office seems to be doing very well!
The Lewis and Clarks having run until
they are breathless have now come back to the fountain
area, they jump into the fountain as the Bahro make a
circle around the fountain. Holding paws and moving
slowing around the fountain, start singing Ring around
the Rosie, pocket full of posies....
Chuckles58 finally drops into the new
Bahro Beauty Shop and Spa in Ae'gura. People have been
dropping subtle hints that it was time for a haircut ...
plus to have the barnacles and clotted cream removed
from his hair.

get a shampoo and a trim? ... Yes L'oreal would be fine
... I'm worth it.
He settles into the chair.
While waiting for his stylist to begin, he falls asleep.
Thirty minutes later, he is rudely awakened to this
